We look after, maintain and renovate domestic properties mainly for private domestic customers as well as a handful of landlords and other organisations servicing general maintenace contracts anf light facilities management. We cover Scunthorpe and surrounding areas and villages although we have clients in Gainsborough, Lincoln, Grimsby, Hull and Brigg.
When we work on properties, we ensure the requisites of a rental properties are adhered to whilst repairs and servicing is carried out,
and completed in a timely manner. Where required, we liaise directly with tenants to ensure the repair is completed
successfully , taking out the hassle, allowing landlords to carry on with their daily life.
Plumbing & Heating Repairs, Servicing, Installations and Maintenance
We regularly work on domestic properties, and sometimes in commercial, installing full central heating systems as well as service and maintain all kinds of other central Heating systems. We've carried out numerous installations of full kitchens and bathrooms - as well as attend call-outs to toilet repairs, tap changes and other minor plumbing jobs. In addition we provide an emergency rapid response service to leaks and blockages. All our gas work is carried out safely in your home, by one of our Gas Safe registered qualified engineers
Electrical Installation, Servicing, Inspection and Testing
We work with our panel of NICEIC Approved Contractor engineers to bring you a broad range of Electrical Installation services from changing a light fitting to installing additional circuits and peripherals. We specialise in first fix and second fix electrics in new build homes and new extensions and provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports.
All electrical work is carried out safely in your home, by one of our qualified & accredited partner engineers
Outdoor Building Manufacture, Fencing & bespoke Furniture carpentry
Our gallery contains a small number of outdoor buildings we've constructed for a number of clients, normally curated from pressure treated, premium, tanalised timber to give years of protection from rot.
We have constructed a number of pieces of hand crafted furniture for a very special client.
